Matches are entered by 1 captain and must be verified by the other captain before the scores go into the standings or player match records.  Match results in the process of verification display as PENDING on the Schedule page.  Verification is what insures the accuracy of the match results.

• Either the Home or Away captain enters the match results by clicking Submit Scores on the schedule page OR by clicking on the Enter Event Results tab in the Match Entry section of MY DASHBOARD.  If you or a co-captain enter the scores, you will NOT verify.
• The captain not entering the scores will get an email prompting verification & with a link to the match.  If you do not get an email, check your spam.
• Without the email link there are ways to verify the match

• My Dashboard - Match Entry section below the header.  Click on Enter Event Results tab.  This is a quick way to both score entry & verification.

• Edit - if an error has been made in the entry, the captain who verifies can/should edit the match (change player names or set scores).  Once the edit is made the other captain reviews and verifies.  *For accurate results, the League, a third party not even at the match, should not be involved in edits.
• Time Frame - If the verifying team does not verify the results within 3 days of the result entry, the Tencap System will assume the results are correct and confirm them.   *League rules stipulate that the verification of a match be completed within a week of the match date.
